7:00-7:45-Get 4 year old dressed and let 7 year old dress himself.
8:00-8:40-Drive 7 year old to school and come back home.
8:45-9:45-Play with 4 year old
9:50-10:45- Clean up around the house.
10:55-11:40-Feed lunch to 4 year old.
12:00-1:30-4 year old plays outside.
1:35-2:10-Head out to pick up 7 year old.
2:45-2:55-Wait in carpool.
3:00-3:35- Drive back home.
3:40-4:00-7 year old does his homework.
4:05-4:20-Boys eat snack.
4:30-4:50-Get 7 year old ready for soccer practice.
5:00-5:35-Drive 7 year old to practice.
5:40-6:40-Entertain his little brother until his practice is finished.
6:50-7:25-Drive back home.
7:35-8:00-Cook Dinner.
8:15-9:00-Eat Dinner(By this time my husband is home).
9:15-9:30-Get boys ready for bed.
9:45-10:30-Wash Dishes.
10:35-11:00-Spend time with husband.
11:45-12:00-Head to bed.
It seems like you could manage your time better. Why does it take 2 - 2.5 hours to get your son ready for school in the morning? I wake my 6 year old up 1/2 hour before we leave for school - just long enough for him to eat a good breakfast, get dressed and brush his teeth. Let your sons sleep later in the morning and/or put them to bed earlier because they are not getting enough sleep. Otherwise, I'd love to have your schedule as a SAHM, instead of running myself ragged as a single, working mom with a long commute.
Here's mine:
5:00 Wake up, feed horses and dogs, shower, get dressed
6:00 Wake up son (6), leave him to get dressed while I prep his breakfast (usually a frozen bacon, egg & cheese biscuit or something like that).
6:05 - 6:24 Make son's lunch for school, finish getting ready for work - hair/makeup, etc - while son eats breakfast
6:25 Leave to drop off son at before school care, drive to work
7:30-4:00 Work
4:00 - 4:50 drive to pick up son from after school babysitter
5:10 arrive home, read mail and school stuff, change clothes
5:30 Feed the horses
6:00 Make dinner (except Wednesdays when son has to be at children's choir practice at 6:15 so we eat something quick earlier)
8:00 Son goes to bed
11:00 or so - I go to bed

Does Shane Victorino have Portuguese or Spanish ancestry?
I was curious because the name Victorino just doesn't sound like a native Hawaiian name (which is said to be his ethnicity, although he may be several). He kind of has this accent that sounds like he is from Texas too. The name Victorino sounds Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. A soccer player on the Uruguay national team has that name and most people with European background in that country are of Spanish and Italian ancestry.

So, his surname is Spanish. The people in Hawaii are extraordinarily mixed. If he is average, for a person born in Hawaii, he has half a dozen ethnic groups in his ancestors.
He was born in 1980, so chances are his parents are still living, and, from a brief Google of his name plus the word "biography", it seems they value their privacy.
